Pearl Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Pearl Pishori Rice cooked
  • 3 Table spoon oil
  • 1 TSP Cumin/ Jeera seeds
  • 6 Curry Leaves

Method

  • Heat oil in a large pan
  • Add all vegetables and cook for 3min stirring occasionally
  • Add salt, soya sauce and rice
  • Mix gently
  • Serve hot
